Front house/Kitchen Hand/Housekeeper
* Full-time - wage rate negotiable depending on experience.
* To be available to work some evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
* Seasonal employment from October 2023 to the end of April 2024.
* Accommodation could be provided for the right applicant.
Employer preferences :
* Experience in hospitality with references
* NZ citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa only (Do not apply if not in the country)
* Excellent with communication, organization, and eye for details
* Very reliable and very good work ethic
* Flexible with a weekly roaster
Job :
* Check-in guests
* Serve at the bar
* Make coffee (optional)
* Waiter at service time
* Help prepare food
* Clean restaurant and kitchen
* Clean rooms and facilities
* Dishes.
About the lodge :
* 21 private rooms and a camping ground
* Our guests are mainly hikers on the Hump Ridge Track
* Breakfast, dinner, and packed lunch on booking.
