We are offering you the opportunity to work for with a small team in our exciting industry. We offer remote and flexible working conditions (but ideally you live in the Auckland region). You must be dedicated to providing first-class service to French-speaking visitors to New Zealand.

About the role: 

We're looking for a person that will assist our travel sales team in their daily tasks . It will involve working on the clients roadbooks, maintining the supplier rates database (data entry), providing some direct clients support, editing and writing content in French, and generally participate to all other tasks that is involved in our day to day business. It also involves being on-call some week-ends to assist clients in case of emergency.
You will have experience writing in French and manage various administrative and data entry tasks in an everchanging environment.

Is it you?

• You are confident with people , and have experience in customer service or sales
• you are thorough in everything you do and have an excellent attention to details for data entry
• You are a good copywriter , i.e you have a good writing style in French and master spelling/grammar
• You are a quick learner when it comes to the use of softwares and online tools
• You have experience travelling in New Zealand and you know the country 'from experience'
• You are a good team player and like a good laugh!
• You have an office at home and ideally live in the Auckland region

Terms of employment

• Full time position (40 hours a week)
• Base salary + bonus
• Paid on-call week-ends
• All computer equipment provided
• Note that during high season (October-March), holidays are minimal
